Link yourself to an identity document

Prove your identity to unlock more features.

This process is a biometric scan that helps us link the real you to your approved identity document.

You will need:

  • An NZ Passport
  • OR
  • An NZ Drivers License

This process is handled with our NZ based partner Verifi. When you launch this process, you are directed to a hosted portal where you follow these steps:

  1. Take a photo of your face straight on
  1. Take a photo of your face at 45%
  1. Take a photo of the front of your license or passport identity page (this works best on a table top)
  1. Take a photo of the back of your license (this works best on a table top)

This then gives us a match percentage of your likeness and liveliness so we can confirm you are who your identity document says you are.
